Mountain Harbor: High School

A "Horror" Comedy JRPG Adventure.

Weird things are happening in Mountain Harbor, Kansas, and the teens at the local High School may be in danger. It's up to a few unexpected teachers and staff to set things right, and keep the students safe.

This is a turn based RPG where you take on the roles of staff members at Ronald Reagan Memorial High School, in Mountain Harbor, Kansas, learn about the mysteries of the school and your fellow heroes, and do battle against unconventional enemies.

This demo contains chapters 1 & 2, and introduces you to the first half of the six heroes that will make up your party.

Everything you see is a draft. All the artwork, music, writing, and gameplay features are subject to change.

How to play:

Move with arrow keys and interact with objects with Enter Key 

(using click-to-move with the mouse is NOT recommended)

Hold ESC to somewhat quickly move through dialogue

View Menu with ESC outside of dialogue

Important thing to know:

If the game gives you a yes/no choice to progress the story, it means that there may be an important person to talk to, hidden task, cut scene, or something else that may become inaccessible to you beyond that point.

Things you can do in this that you won't be able to do in the final game:

-Save anywhere (not only in bathrooms)

-Stage Select at the very beginning (may cause issues when used, not sure)

-"Cheater" skill that lets you cheat

-"Dash" with the Shift Key (your character is already plenty fast, running is unnecessary imo)

-Click to Move on the screen (conflicts with camera zoom plugin, not recommended)

-Hold PgDn to zoom through text
